Do you want to become a better golfer?
Spine and Orthopedic Rehab offers Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) golf training. Since 2003, TPI has studied thousands of golfers – from top touring professionals to high handicappers – and has identified 16 essential movements for every golfer.
After identifying each golfer’s deficits in these movements, SOR designs an exercise program designed specifically for each client. The goal is to give you your most efficient and reproducible swing – a golf swing that will allow you to hit the ball farther and avoid common golf injuries.
The exercise program can be designed with your goals in mind. It can be as little as 15 to 20 minutes a few times a week, or as involved as a gym-based regular workout routine. Why spend thousands of dollars every year on golf equipment, greens fees and lessons, but NOT invest in your body?

“The treatment Spine and Orthopedic Rehab has provided to me has been invaluable. Were it not for them, I would have had to withdraw from second stage of PGA Tour Qualifying School last year (2013). They literally helped save my career and the entire staff is top notch. Their advancement into golf-specific training is just another reason why they are the best. Their ability to form a golf-specific training program designed around my golf swing allows me to work on specific physical aspects designed to make my golf swing easier to replicate, which has resulted in some added distance. Rick gave me a workout program designed to make golf easier. What more could I ask for?!”
